MomTrax ("we," "us," or "our") is a product provided by Gillyware, LLC. We value your privacy, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data when you use our app ("the Service").

- Identifiers: Name, email, and password collected during account creation.
- Personal Information Categories: Parenting-related data you input (e.g., times, amounts, measurements for tracking), child profile details (e.g., name, birthdate, gender), and optional media like profile pictures.
- Commercial Information: Payment details for premium subscriptions processed via Stripe, including billing information and transaction history, where applicable.
- Internet or Network Activity: Technical details like device type, operating system, and app interactions, including from mobile applications.
- Session Data: Cookies used solely for session management and security (e.g., CSRF tokens), not for analytics or third-party tracking.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver and enhance the Service's functionality, including tracking, profile management, and personalized settings (e.g., units, time zones, appearance).
- Authenticate users and secure your account.
- Process payments for premium subscriptions or services through Stripe, where applicable.
- Analyze usage to improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
3. Data Deletion
- Child Profiles: Deleting a child profile schedules all associated data and media for permanent removal within 90 days. You may cancel the deletion within that window by contacting us.
- MomTrax Account Deletion: Deleting your MomTrax account schedules all account data, tracking history, and uploaded media for permanent removal within 90 days. You may delete your MomTrax account independently of your Gillyware account.
- Gillyware Account Deletion: Deleting your Gillyware account also schedules your MomTrax data for deletion within the same 90-day window.
After the 90-day window, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data as defined by the CCPA. We may disclose it to:
- Service Providers: Third parties (e.g., hosting providers, Stripe for payment processing) to operate the Service, under strict confidentiality agreements. Payment data processed via Stripe is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
- Legal Authorities: To comply with legal obligations, such as law enforcement requests.
- With Consent: If you explicitly agree to additional sharing.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access. No system is fully secure, so we encourage strong passwords and credential confidentiality.
6. Children's Data
Data related to children (e.g., profiles, tracking details) is collected solely to provide the Service's functionality, with parental consent where required by law (e.g., under 13 in the US). It is scheduled for deletion within 90 days when the associated profile or account is removed.

Under laws like the CCPA, you have the right to:

- Access: Obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Delete: Request deletion of your personal data through the app settings or by contacting us.
